PHASE Output
|
Unprocessed output from the PHASE (v 2.0) haplotype inference program (Stephens, et al. Am J Hum Genet. 2001) for all individuals in the sample population. All inference was performed by using a minor allele frequency cutoff of 5% (i.e. sites below this threshold were removed prior to inference).
|
Phased Individual Haplotypes
|
Phased haplotype data determined for each individual in the sample population as determined by PHASE. The "Haplotype ID" is taken from the PHASE output file. Allelic data for each haplotype is formatted as a tab-delimited file with the following fields:
- <Ref. Sequence Position> <Individ-HaplotypeID> <HaplotypeAllele> <HaplotypeAllele>
|
Phased Individual Haplotypes
(frequency sorted)
|
Phased
haplotype data determined for each individual
in the sample
population as determined by PHASE, which
is then sorted by haplotype frequency (i.e.
the most common haplotype is repeated the number
of times it was observed in this population,
followed by the second most common, etc.).
The same data formatting is used as in the
Phased Individual Haplotypes.
