Gene Request for Variation Discovery |

SeattleSNPs is funded
to develop resources and tools for analysis of genetic
variation in humans. As part of our mission, we are soliciting
requests from individual investigators for candidate
genes to be resequenced for SNP discovery. Genes of interest
should be related to heart, lung and
blood phenotypes, cardiovascular disease,
or the inflammation, clotting, or complement pathways.
